What will I be protected from?

BTA reimburses damages for property loss or damage caused by:

• fire (fire, explosion, lighting strike, fall of aircraft or its freight)
• Leakage of liquid or steam (pipeline damage, flooding caused by careless neighbours)
• natural disaster damages (storm, hail, felled trees, poles, pillars and their parts, snow impact)
• illegal activities of third parties (theft, burglary, malicious damage of property, vehicle impact)

Insurance against the following additional risks is also possible:

• flood and meltwater
• smoke impact
• snow impact
• landslides, cave-ins
• earthquake
• corrosive gas
• electronic risks
• "Rental Costs of Temporary Home", "Damage Caused by Tenants and Visitors", "Movable Property Outside Home", "Key service", etc.

BTA reimburses damages for damage or loss caused to pets due to:

• sudden acute disease, electric shock, freezing to death, asphyxiation or attack by other animals.
