Various accidents can occur during construction or repair works, causing losses for the building itself, auxiliary buildings, construction equipment or materials. To avoid the worries and material losses caused by such situations, BTA can insure buildings and other constructions for the period of repairs, reconstruction or construction. If the funds for these works are borrowed from a credit institution, it is particularly important to purchase insurance.
