What should I do after an accident?
- To carry out the emergency operations and record the accident conditions and causes, immediately notify the respective public authorities:
- ambulance – call 112 or 113
- State fire-fighting and rescue service – call 112 or 01
- State police, Municipal police or Road police – call 112 or 110
- Gas emergency service – call 112 or 04
- house management or the house owner
- Do everything to save the property and prevent further losses.
- Notify BTA about the accident as soon as possible.
- Process an indemnification form and submit the documents for the case of insurance. BTA now accepts claim applications by BTA customer support phone 26 12 12 12 (24 hours, 7 days a week).
- A BTA expert will inspect the property, assess the damages and prepare a cost estimate, which will serve as the basis for determining the amount of indemnification. Remember that you may not start repairs or elimination of the damaged objects before the inspection by a representative of the insurance company.
