How is the compensation for losses carried out?

If you contact BTA after the accident that has caused or could in the future cause a claim against you or your claim against a third party, within 30 days after receiving all required documents BTA will provide its opinion free of charge on the possibility to succeed in protecting your legal interests.

If BTA believes it is possible to succeed in protecting your legal interest, BTA will cover legal expenses even if you lose in court.
BTA covers legal expenses in the following manner:

• pays the expenses for a legal services provider
• compensates you the amount you paid for the received legal services in accordance with the receipts submitted to BTA.
