What to do when the accident happens?

  1. As soon as possible to inform BTA of each accident that has caused or could in the future cause a claim against you or your claim against a third party.
  2. To submit to BTA all information and documents you have as regards the accident.

You can inform BTA of the accident by calling the Client Support Service, which is opened seven days a week, 24 hours a day, or contact an insurance expert by calling the phone number provided in the insurance policy. The insurance expert will provide you assistance and legal consultations and will give you all required forms and other documentation.

If necessary, the BTA insurance expert can recommend you legal service providers.
