How to receive the indemnity?

To receive the indemnity of insurance:

1. Contact BTA as soon as possible. 
2. Show your insurance policy.
3. Fill in the indemnification form.
4. Hand in the documents justifying the indemnity: an excerpt from the patient’s medical card, mandatory forms, sick note etc. More information about the documents to be handed in, can be found in the policy or obtained by calling the information desk on the number: 26 12 12 12. 

The indemnity of insurance depends on the degree of seriousness of the trauma and the terms of the insurance policy.
