What is the indemnity payment term of CASCO?

BTA will make a decision regarding paying or denying the indemnity within two weeks of receiving all the required documents, including a police statement, and inform you within week. 

In case of a positive decision, BTA shall offer you to:

• Choose one of the BTA partner repair shops
• Receive a monetary indemnity in two weeks after the decision

If the indemnity amount does not exceed 300 LVL, after the expert’s inspection and the approval of the insurance claim, the indemnity is paid out within one working day.

In case of a theft or hijacking, the indemnity is paid out, if the car is not recovered in one month after the receipt of all the required documents, including the police statement.

BTA CASCO cannot protect you from accidents, but it can help you deal with the consequences, so that you could soon feel the joy of driving and the safety on the road again!
