Application form of insurance indemnity you can download on our website and fill it in before coming to BTA.

BTA now accepts claim applications by BTA customer support phone 26 12 12 12 (24 hours, 7 days a week) for all types of insurance offered by BTA, with the exception of Health Insurance, Accident Insurance and Travel insurance.

If you can not come to BTA office after an accident, in order to announce the insurance indemnity you can fill in the application form here. BTA Claims department will receive this information, contact you, and inform about the further action
