We offer a set of "BTA Services" that help customers "find their way" through different situations.

BTA Customer Support - By calling 26 12 12 12, our customers can receive thorough information about BTA services at any time; they can purchase insurance using a credit card; they can apply for insurance indemnity; or they can ask BTA “Assistance service” to come to the place of the accident.
BTA “Assistance service” - The “Assistance service” not only provides consultations over the phone, but also helps drivers on the roads within the territory of policy activity; for BTA CASCO customers this service is free of charge. “Assistance service” receives and attends 400 calls per month, allowing many BTA customers to avoid unpleasant situations in the event of an accident.
E- policy - By visiting the BTA home page it is possible to order MTPL, Travel and Property Insurance online, as well as apply for CASCO, Accident, Civil Liability Insurance and other policies. That is especially convenient for customers and allows them save time and money.
