General Liability Insurance“Everyone has a duty to compensate for losses they have caused through their acts or failure to act” as prescribed by Article 1779 of the Civil Law of the Republic of Latvia. So, if a person causes damage to the property of a third party or damage to health/life of a third party, she or he has a duty to compensate for the caused losses in full.
