Aviation Risks Insurance

BTA acts in aircraft aviation insurance since 1993 and today offers for the clients the widest aviation risk insurance possibilities. The insurance is made according to the international provisions of aviation risk insurance that allow reinsuring quickly and qualitatively the aviation risks in the reinsurance companies thus providing additional protection to the client.

BTA has the leader positions in the aircraft insurance market in Latvia.

We offer the following types of aviation risk insurance:

• Aircraft CASCO insurance – one can insure airplanes, helicopters, gliders, air-balloons and delta-gliders, as well as other aircrafts for destruction and damage risks;
• Civil liability insurance of aircraft owners – the responsibility of aircraft owners is insured for third persons, passengers and for damages caused to the transportable cargo.
• Civil liability insurance of airport operators and owners, air traffic management centre, aviation hangar owners, companies connected with provision of aviation activity;
• Insurance of crew, board personnel and persons to be instructed in the flight (students – pilots) for accidents only during the flight.
