BTA has elaborated and introduced a new client-friendly system for organising car repairs to ensure the best and most efficient servicing of customers who have submitted CASCO and OCTA claims.
We have put much work into gathering information on car service centres – both on our current long-term partners and on other centres. We done quality control checks of the services offered by these service centres and have examined work performance terms and warranty options. As a result, we have developed a database of their services that meeting our strict requirements and which we will offer our customers.
The new system lets the most appropriate and advantageous service offers for a particular customer be identified faster.

The new procedure is currently offered only in Riga and Riga district. However, BTA will introduce this system regionally as well.
