What should I do after an accident?

  1. Do everything to reduce further losses;
  2. Call the police or, in accordance with the law, fill in the coordinated accident statement; 
  3. Call BTA to make a notification about the accident, or call the BTA Auto Fleet;
  4. Come to BTA, taking with you the vehicle registration documents and your driver's licence, and file the indemnification form. BTA now accepts claim applications by BTA customer support phone

  5. After inspecting the vehicle, BTA will prepare an inspection protocol listing the damages;
  6. BTA will negotiate with you about the monetary indemnification or the repair shop for your vehicle;
  7. The repair shop will prepare a cost estimate;
  8. BTA will approve the cost estimate and send it to the repair shop. The repairing can commence.
