If an accident occurs in a foreign country:

Do everything to reduce further losses

Call BTA on +371 26 12 12 12 and:

notify BTA about the accident
-
receive information on how to request indemnity
-
receive advice on the legislation of the particular country with respect to recording a road accident, calling the police or filling in a coordinated accident statement

if you are a BTA Full Service OCTA or CASCO client, request free assistance on the road
