What is the benefit for the company?
Health insurance is a possibility to provide additional social protection – a way of taking care of your employees and gaining:

- tax breaks, in accordance with the law:
- company income tax is not imposed on the insurance premium
- individual income tax is not imposed on the insurance premium payment (if the insurance premium does not exceed 10% of the insured person’s gross yearly salary and does not exceed 300 lats)
